im tired a havin internet explorer on my computer
i went ta delete the folder n as usual it says some programs might not run n blah blah blah
will it do any harm?

I tried uninstalling it but it just won't delete.

A lot of programs integrate with IE so that could cause problems.. Why are you "tired" of it? You don't have to use it, it's not taking up much space. Just leave it there.
First thing I did after installing Windows 7 is go on IE and download Firefox.
