It seems like you want to start a business with no business plan, objectives, resources or experience.
If you can come back with 2 or 3 of those points, you will get alot more interest.

[*]Come up with a business plan. Running head first into this kind of thing with no clear cut ideas is useless.
[*]Carefully identify your audience. Anyone looking for professional hosting will instantly avoid the cheap options. Dont be afraid of charging more if your service is out there.
[*]Find a USP. The market is overpopulated with "Cheap web / email / database hosting". People are always looking for something new, innovative.
