Some time ago this thing appeared:

For longer time I didn't care about it as it wasn't very disturbing, but recently it's even stronger and more visible, especially when there are bright things next to darker ones.
What is this actually? How do I get rid of this?
I dont c anything .. explain please ?

I've only seen that on CRTs, are you on one?
I have this too, on my SyncMaster 931bw, I fix it for a while by shaking the cables of the monitor till it's gone.
Still trying to figure out what causes it.
I have got SyncMaster 943NW (LCD).
I will try this thing with cables too.
Make sure the cables are secure to both the video card and the monitor. If they are try a different cable. If still not working try a different monitor.
