Diablo 3 wasn't a broken game, and the server issues were fixed rather fast.

Diablo 3 was also pretty much fine within a couple days and Blizzard allows refunds so i think i know which scenario i approve of (it's not the one where i'm being offered shitty or old games as compensation)
