As I've said, a friend of mine is having problems with their internet and I have no idea where to start really so I decided to post it here.

Go on a different computer, look up the laptop brand's website and then search the model number. They always have a downloads section for all the drivers the motherboard/components need. Grab the network and card reader drivers and a usb stick and do the obvious. Tell him to actually read the pending deletion list next time. I really doubt malwarebytes deleted his network drivers though he probably did something else really dumb.
