In the video they talk a lot about "not being bundled with an AC adapter" being a drawback, but the current 3ds isn't bundled with an adapter either so the point is moot

These changes seem so superficial in a way, it's so unusual to see them literally shit out those new versions in such a short sequence. The only thing that seems nice is that additional stick, especially if you play Monster Hunter.

I can confirm the 3ds XL I got came with an AC adapter.

Though I ended up using a USB Charger that came with a carrying case set I bought :v:

Their example of someone buying it not knowing that it doesn't come with a charger is kinda dumb since you should read the fucking box to know what you're buying.

To be honest I didn't notice it when I bought my 3ds XL, only realized it later on. It's kind of a standard to provide a charger for the device you bought.

I'm not saying that not including a charger isn't stupid. I'm just saying the people should read the box because all the pictures I have seen of the packaging indicate that it isn't included so people should do their due diligence. Plus you can chargers separately anyway.

From what I remember there was a small yellow sign saying about a charger not being included, when I bought it I didn't watch the box to closely. It's to easy to miss in my opinion but that might just be me.
