Pretty sure all smartphone PR does this, if not straight up using a DSLR then editing the fuck out of the image.

Nokia did this once, demonstrating how good their camera stabiliser was with a guy riding a bike, filming on his phone
Then in the actual shot, you see a reflection of someone leaning out of a van with a video camera on a steadicam :v:

Well obviously that's not taken with a phone camera, the DoF is much too shallow :v:
