Well yeah, i gotta agree they haven't changed my view on stuff alot either. That's mostly all the talk about it in the news i think. I've been more aware of the power i use though, i usually turn off all standby now and stuff like that.

Not really, I still put my foot down in my car and leave my TV on standby at night. It's a convenience and unfortunatley, people don't like inconveniencing themselves.

Yeah i'm thinking that too, but IIRC for the last years, every 7'th year (and this year, it's that 7'th year again), 4 times in a row, it's been a white winter. I don't know if that's true though. Just something i heard.
