Unable to install graphics drivers on a HP Mini 210-1036VU

The graphics driver install fails with this computer does not meet the minimum system requirements., It has 1GB of ram and importantly although it's normally running a 32bit OS, for some reason the CPU is 64bit so when I installed Windows 7 it installed the 64bit version. The graphics chip is a Intel integrated kind.
Also I have tried running CPU-Z and GPU-Z and both report nothing on my graphics card, both say stuff from the generic driver windows installed.
I have also tried running the detection utility by Intel and that crashes Internet Explorer and hangs Google Chrome.
