Mmk I'm trying to buy Dawn of War 2 chaos rising on steam via PayPal. I have $31.58 DoW2 is $29.99 whenever I sign into paypal attempting to buy it it says that I don't have sufficient funds when I clearly do. Could it be tax or am I missing something here?
Isnt there a Tax charge? Add more money to paypal
Are they both in USD? Maybe you've got 31 Zimbabwean dollars.

Paypal needs the full price available in your funds or else it won't go through. Paypal basically charges you full price and THEN factors in the discount. So even if a game is like a dollar on sale, if it's $20 regular price and you only have the dollar in paypal, you cannot purchase it via paypal. It's how it's always done. No way around it. Oh wait, it's not on sale.. Hmm, then I'd contact paypal support. Or your bank or something. [editline]05:45PM[/editline] Are you sure you're not trying to buy Gold Edition?
For some reason, Paypal requires that your account always has a minimum amount of money in it, so that may be the issue, seeing how close you are to emptying the account.
I had the same problem with my PayPal, I just gave up on using it.
