• A few questions before buying a new monitor

First of all I apologise if this sort of stuff has all been answered a hundred times before, I searched several pages back and didn't get all the answers I was after so here we are... I'm reasonably clueless when it comes to monitors, but I've decided it's time for a new one. I've read a bit into IPS vs TN type lcd displays, and was thinking about buying this Dell Ultrasharp: http://www1.ap.dell.com/au/en/home/monitors/monitor-dell-u2211h/pd.aspx?refid=monitor-dell-u2211h&s=dhs&cs=audhs1 I'm pretty sure 21.5 inch is enough for me, I've only ever lived with less than that so it should be good, but I'm open to be persuaded to consider the 23 inch version... The main thing I'm worried about, but probably shouldn't, is the response time. I've read that IPS lags a bit behind TN and that can result in ghosting, but I'm thinking that's not going to be a problem here. I'm primarily using this for gaming and general use. Any other suggestions or advice (doesn't have to be for that monitor) would be appreciated! Bear in mind I'm in Australia, so newegg is out of the question. Thanks!
I might go ahead and buy this within the next day, unless someone thinks it's a terrible idea!
Budget is a good thing to know. Right now I'm guessing $300, Heres a Dell 24" for $60 less Also Dell Monitors are a good buy.

I'd go with the ultrasharp 21.5" hands down.
