1. What can I do to someone who join my Hamachi server have less lag? (Ping is sometimes getting to 1000!)
2. I am the host of the server (Have Hamachi). Can I play with two friends when one is playing not in my house (Have hamachi) and second is in my house (Don't have hamachi) and play on second computer which is connected to same BT Broadband. Will it work? I think it should work because i can play normally on LAN.

Please, stop capitalising so many words, it makes it horrible to read, honestly.
And yes if the game ties into both the hamachi adress 5. something and your lan 192. then yes it should work, and about the lag issue, its either a relayed connection through a far away location, or just something else dragging down your connection. When it's relayed the peers icon on hamachi is blue, direct connection is green.
