Nah, there's actually a separate group dedicated to hero development, so they're still being worked on. I'd actually expect them to be released with the Halloween stuff, along with maybe Centaur Warchief.

They've been doing a bunch of rebalancing lately/updating on visuals, probably trying to tune that up before releasing a new hero
