• Simple question, will this build work?

I'm pretty sure everything will work, but as always I ask Facepunch because I don't want to make any mistakes. I've read about most of the parts (Reviews) and I've been trying to keep this build under 6000NOK, and at 6002NOK I'm happy. The parts you don't see here are parts we are going to re-use from his two older computers. (Standard HDD and DVD drive) [img]http://filesmelt.com/dl/Untitled41234567891011121314151617181920212223242526272829303132333435.png[/img] Now please, I just want confirmation about whether or not this build will work, not ATI VS Nvidia fights.
Yes, it will work. But buy this pc case [url=http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811129042&cm_re=antec_300-_-11-129-042-_-Product]instead[/url] And the Power Supply Unit is bad, I would recommend Corsair
What's wrong with the PSU? It's only getting good feedback, and is cheaper than the corsair ones. (FYI, I do have a Corsair 750W myself). Also, what's wrong with that case? Reviews aren't saying it's a bad one. (88/100 score) (I've also been using an Antec 300 earlier, and my friend did want a different looking case)
The case is fine, if you like it you keep it. Im not sure how cheiftec are with PSUs but i'd rather be on the safe side and get corsair, collermaster and OCZ. OCZ are nice and cheap so get them if theyre on the site.

[editline]01:30AM[/editline] Thanks for the help. And sorry for being a fashion whore about the case, but we both liked it :v:
The rest of the build is pretty solid, enjoy your new machine!
My friend will love it. This thread can now die.
One of the CM 550W PSUs is pretty bad
I picked the "Cooler Master GX 550W".
Chieftec makes excellent products in a quality only found in servers. Everyone above needs to stop cockslapping their re-branded seasonic and horribly overpriced corsair PSUs
[QUOTE=Tools;23526949]Chieftec makes excellent products in a quality only found in servers. Chieftek makes great power supplies [editline]12:59AM[/editline] and cooler master is like raidmax quality but with decent quality control.
So, back to the Chieftek? [editline]03:18AM[/editline] It will cost me 2$ less.
It honestly doesn't make that much of a differense, besides the fact that Chieftec beats Cooler Master any day, any time. Just keep the cooler master, it's not like it's going to explode just because you use a different brand.
Thanks.
