How much money can you spend? Might be more worth while to get new rig. And don't get OC'd 560 Ti, more $ and shipping isn't free.

955 BE and 560 Ti are a good upgrade. Don't listen to everybody telling you to get Sandybridge or Bulldozer, you'd have to do a whole motherboard upgrade that way.
