Obsidian did, as with everything New Vegas related.
I think Obsidian should stick with Fallout, and let Bethesda stick with TES.
Ill be sure to pirate them.

Well, it'll be the Complete Pack, not the GOTY edition, since sadly, FO:NV did not win game of the year.
I hope the GRA has some fan made stuff. I liked the Project Nevada Weapons and thought they should be included.

It probably got SOMEBODY's game of the year. It's not like there's one single GOTY that is the only one that matters like the Nobel prize or something.
It's fun stuff, but you start the game with SO MUCH. You should have to choose a pack to start with.

These games have an incredibly immersion breaking habit of dumping all the DLC on you the moment you leave the starting area, so the moment you leave Doc Mitchell's House/The Vault/The Imperial Prison you have to click through about 4 messages effectively saying 'REMEMBER THAT YOU HAVE THIS DLC INSTALLED'. FO3/NV even have a downloadable content option in the main menu, that should make this kind of shit redundant.
I have a feeling all the weapons and stuff will just be ripped and put on some nexus mod.

Every well selling game WILL have [b]GOTY[/b] if there is official DLC's/expansion to the original game.
GOTY should be renamed All-In-One-Pack.
