Okay so for the past 8 months i have been having a agrivating issue with Java where if i use it in any form (Minecraft Launcher, Java Control Panel, etc) it will spaz out constantly stuttering or black screening. Sadly i couldn't record much of it doing this because when i record its fine (Tried removing fraps and it didnt work). I have also uninstalled every last trace of Java on this PC and re-installed it. The PC itself is 2 years old and the OS ive had for over 5 now (Old HDD transferred OS to the new SSD 2 years back).
This is a few examples but hard to replicate the issue while recording:
