So my resume is done, I know a couple of place that are hiring but what to do now? Do I just walk in a say "here is my resume" ?

Take your resume with you and ask for an application to the place where you want to work. If it's a more professional place, you might want to call ahead and actually ask if they're hiring. Professional places of business will usually just ask you to send your resume in and then they'll call for an interview, or give you one the day you take the resume.
But usually, you'll fill out an application either at that place or online (either way have multiple digital and paper copies of your resume) and they'll review it and return your call within a week or two. Jobs that pay minimum wage usually won't ask for a resume at all, but have it ready anyways.

Ask the manager for an interview, he'll probably want a copy of your CV so bring one with you. If he likes it he'll contact you or he could set up an interview right away.
