Some of you may remember a site called freerice.com Basically they give starving people free rice.
But they do not just give it away, people have to answer questions. For every question you get right they donate 10 grains.

They have several question subjects to choose from.

I thought it would be cool to see how much Facepunch could donate
Here is a group page for facepunch

I think we could earn 100,000 grains if we work together.
I know the site is old, I used it in middles school. But it is still a cool way to help people.
My whole class did this.
I think we got about 25k or so. So only 75,000 more to go.

I just got 1100 in about five min, it is not that hard
I believe this exact thing was done before
Someone made a script to automatically answer the questions or something, and a load of facepunchers had it running for a while
They donated millions iirc

Why not do it again?
For every question you get wrong, 10 African children die.
Where is that userscript?
I'll help you!
over 3000 already!
I used to do this quite some time ago and then I stopped. I was actually thinking about it earlier, but I couldn't recall the name of the site. Coincidence? Yeah, probably. Still, it's great.

Half way to one tenth of the way to our goal!
By all means try to get it going again, but there was a thread on freerice not very long ago that died pretty quick.
I don't know who wrote or has the script, I wasn't around at the time. It wouldn't be hard to find if you asked around, though. Someone may well read this thread who was involved.
I'm helping out.
Now just over 13,000
Remember to click play from the group page so grains you earn will show up in our total.

I always play this at office. Vocabulary all the time.
Glad i'm pretty much a walking dictionary.
EDIT: Okay, it's asked me what "approximate" means at least 13 times now.

You can manually change levels to prevent repetition
I remember this. I'll answer some since we're in a group now.
I just joined the Facepunch group.
Are there like any proof that this actually works?

Well, other than the FAQ, I'm not sure.
How does the Freerice program work?
Freerice has a custom database containing questions at varying levels of difficulty. There are levels appropriate for beginners and levels that will challenge the most scholarly professors. In between are levels suitable for students of all ages, business people, homemakers, doctors, truck drivers, retired people. everyone!
Freerice automatically adjusts to your level. It starts by giving you questions of increasing difficulty and then, based on how you do, assigns you an approximate starting level. You then determine a more exact level for yourself as you play. When you get a question wrong, you go to an easier level. When you get three questions in a row right, you progress to a harder level.
Just got a 200 question streak.
We're almost 50000!
Okay, here's a definite answer from the amazing Snopes.com. It is indeed a legitimate site. http://www.snopes.com/inboxer/charity/freerice.asp
Over 50000!
Half way there.
Ok, ill help.
Over 300 streak. In my opinion, multiplication table is the easiest.
