Basically, I've been looking to purchase a new GTX 560, with 2GB, and I was going to go with the EVGA 02G-P3-1469-KR (first one bellow), but recently a new card has gotten my interest, the ZOTAC ZT-50709-10M (little farther down). The specs for these 2 cards are fairly similar, and the prices are also not bad. The EVGA card is about $250, but has a rebate for $20, and also offers free shipping. The ZOTAC card meanwhile is about $220, but adds an additional $12 for shipping and handling, so the prices basically equal out to one other.
The biggest thing for me right now is cooling. I had an 8800GT die on my due to over-heating, and I'm wondering which of these cards looks to provide better cooling. I leave my case open all the time and I also plan to move it on top of my desk, to allow for better air circulation, but I still worry about how the fan on the card will handle. I'm going to be playing a lot of different games, like Portal 2, TrackMania 2, Mirror's Edge, at full setting, so I just hope its not going to burn out in like a year or so.
I really appreciate any opinion you might have on either card .

They perform better than the GTX 560.
Choose yourself, which one you like more. Both have nice coolers, but one is a bit cheaper.
[del]I would go personally with the Zotac. Spare yourself the 30 bucks, and overclock it yourself. The 1-2 extra fps from 40 to 42 isn't really worth 30 bucks from my pov.[/del]
Agree with the one above, go with the 560TI versions. Didn't notice it was non-TI versions.
If they're the same price, get the EVGA.
Wow, I was puzzled by the KR in the EVGA title, thought you were swedish or danish for a second.

Well I guess I wouldn't have any heat issues with these cards :v:. Not bad, I'm considering getting one of these now. Arg, so many choices!

560Ti is basically 560 with much better performance. Knock off the 560-s from your choices and look for tech on Newegg, better price there. Look for the ones with dual-fans. And when you have problems with choosing the right one out of two cards with same things, get the cheaper one! Or the one what looks better.
The MSI one is pre-overclocked a bit and OC-s more too. It is a nice and quiet cooler (One of the quietest afaik) and well, looks better.
Gigabyte one is cheaper. If you do not really care that much about the insides of your computer, how good it looks etc. get that one. And for that 20 bucks, you can get more RAM for example.
The Ti versions have more stream processors
