I wonder how many will be absolute trash and be completely broken.
Giving communites power over something always results in garbage.
finally. I'll be able to buy a garbage minecraft ripoff on steam
Few years ago a game being on Steam or in a Humble Bundle meant something for me, because I knew those were "hand picked quality games". Now it's almost a cheap Chinese shop with everything on sale.
hey uh last time I checked the mechanical purpose of a valve is to regulate how much comes into a system
hey uh last time I checked the mechanical purpose of a valve is to regulate how much comes into a system
does this mean valve is broke? maybe this is why HL3 haven't been released?
does this mean valve is broke? maybe this is why HL3 haven't been released?
i think it's high time that they pump out some new content
actual chinese anime lmao
actual chinese anime lmao
It's a VN. but it seems to be very boring. His seller's name is the same as a character from Clannad (Another VN) Mh, this smells like stolen art and cheap storytelling.
I'm sorry but no matter how good the gameplay might be, I just can't take this art seriously. :v:
The gameplay sucks and is repetitive. I'm sorry but if you don't change anything in RPG Maker than your game wont be good.
Does Valve even check these beforehand? Seriously, there is one that is still nothing more than a concept. No gameplay or anything.
Oh shit, ADOM. [editline]13th June 2014[/editline] I hope IVAN get in someday.
Me and another guy have been working on a unity game for 2 weeks for shits and giggles. He joked we should release it on Steam at this point, it'd still be better than most of the shit that gets through. Sad truth being he was right. Greenlight system as it is now is utter garbage. It's common knowledge that as long as you're willing to pay 100 bucks, it doesn't matter what you upload, it is going to make it through greenlight sooner or later. It's not like Kickstarter, it's not all or nothing - greenlight campaigns have 100% success rate. Some "games" take months, but eventually they reach sufficient votecount to get automatically accepted. It's not even about the ratio, there's no time limit, you just have to get X positive votes to make it through. And that is piss easy as extremely low amount of voters vote no, and even much lower choose not to vote. People don't vote with their brains, they just read "yes" as "next" without even glancing at the garbage they're voting up.
You know what, Greenlight was pointless. All of the decent games that came to Steam by Greenlight probably would've ended up on Steam anyways. And there are so few of those that the only one I can think of is Black Mesa. All the decent games were in the first 2-3 batches of accepted games. Now it's all ambitious, unfinished, underdeveloped crap.
finally. I'll be able to buy a garbage minecraft ripoff on steam
If its not running java it will be worth the money
finally. I'll be able to buy a garbage minecraft ripoff on steam
If it's not overpriced (around $10-15) it looks like a pretty fun game, it's pretty much minecraft's hunger games (hopefully) without huge lag, shitty combat, and shitty servers with pay-2-win items. It also seems very expanded.
why not cut out the middleman and just let people upload games to steam immediately instead of waiting for greenlight that way even more classic titles such as GTA 2 WITH ZOMBIES MULTIPLAYER can grace us with their presence
why not cut out the middleman and just let people upload games to steam immediately instead of waiting for greenlight that way even more classic titles such as GTA 2 WITH ZOMBIES MULTIPLAYER can grace us with their presence
That's what's going to happen eventually. They're planning on scrapping Greenlight for a more open system.
why not cut out the middleman and just let people upload games to steam immediately instead of waiting for greenlight that way even more classic titles such as GTA 2 WITH ZOMBIES MULTIPLAYER can grace us with their presence
Actually, GTA 2 multiplayer is the shit, zombies can only make it better. I'd play it.
finally. I'll be able to buy a garbage minecraft ripoff on steam
Who actually feels okay with making these things.
Giving communites power over something always results in garbage.
sounds like you hate democracy you communist scum
