• Watercooling Fan making scratching/drilling noise

Specs: Processor: Intel i7-860 Quad Core 2.8GHz Clock(Watercooled) Motherboard: MSI P55M-GD45 Case: ThermalTake Urban S41 There's no branding on the cooling itself. It came from an old PC case that I can't remember the name of. Every month, a loud grinding noise begins to happen on my computer at random times. Normally, I have to power the entire thing off, remove the GPU and radiator intake fan and use a can of air to blow out the entire radiator of all dust, replace the fan and GPU, and start the PC again, hoping that it won't happen, if it continues, I repeat. Not sure what to do about this issue, don't really want to replace the cooling. If this is a thing other watercooled PCs do, let me know. I just don't want it to suddenly start that grinding noise every month.
If you're sure the radiator fan is grinding, replace it? Fans are cheap enough, just be sure to get one with high static pressure so it can push/pull air through the radiator fins.
Sounds like the screws are loose. Too much vibration.
They're not loose at all. I make sure of that.
Just replace the fan. Static pressure ones aren't that expensive, or pick up some second hand high speed server fans
