Looking for a graphics card with a 130 dollar budget

So as the title says I'm looking for a graphics card with a 130 dollar budget. I know that is not a lot but I just need a decent card that can run games smoothly.

Does anyone know if it is any good. Sorry for a pretty dumb thread, I just need a little help deciding.
Like I said it does not have to have like 300fps on every game it just has to run a game like Mafia II or Portal 2 smoothly.
