Growing old, and slowly, so slowly, your body starts to break down before your eyes. There is nothing you can do stop it, only prolong your pain. And then you get sick, and you have to stay in the hospital. Your family comes to visit you, but you can't remember who these strangers are. Eventually you die in the middle of the night when your heart gives out. Right before you die you have a moment of clarity where you realize you have done nothing of importance your entire life.
