Won’t be a problem because the original PS1 controller only had the D-pad and not thumbsticks, and WASD or the arrow keys is functionally the same as a D-pad.
Dreamt to play Crash since I was a child.
But over 10+ years I couldn't justy buying PS just for Crash.
Just seeing the thread title made my heart jump in happiness.

Sure, but it's certainly not as ergonomic as a controller. I could play the original just fine with a keyboard, but 2 adds sliding and 3 adds a plethora of other shit. If I'm at the point where I need two hands on the keyboard, I'd rather just use a controller.

There are emulators you know... and you can get a usb controller on ebay for 10 bucks to use on your PC

Yeah but does anyone really give a fuck about Crash past 3? Even if they do, Naughty Dog still made the original trilogy, time doesn't change that.
This is a guaranteed buy. Unless the port is trash somehow, but I hope that won't happen...?

The only title after Warped that I'm aware anyone really gave a shit about was Crash Team Racing, and that's actually understandable. It was a pretty fun game.
