My friend needs to test his system against portal 2's minimum requirements.
Please can you post a link to the steam utility that allows you to test your specs against portal 2's minimum through steam. I used it earlier and have been unable to find it again.

I have a pentium 4 single core 2.4ghz, 1gb ram, 2 gb left of hd space, a fx5500 AGP card running at 4x instead of 8, and it says I have met the requirements... I am confused.... the minimum requirements listed are much higher than what I have... yet it says I am fine? what the hell?
