• 3 Fan Slot Cooler?

I purchased an accelero xtreme for my 5970 which is essentially a beefed up cooler that uses three fans to push air directly away from the card. In this case, no pun intended, it pushes right down onto my soundcard dumping and trapping the heat in my case. Removing my soundcard or modding my case is not an option. Does anyone know of any 3 fan slot coolers that I could place below the 5970 so it could suck this heat out of my case? I'm basically looking for something like this that is either as long as my 5970, or has three fans instead of two for maximum suckage. :q: My budget is anything less than say $120, water-cooling is not an option since just the waterblock is close to $200, and my case cannot fit a wc system without modding. A new case would also be too pricey. Thanks ahead of time for any suggestions!
Just take out the sound card and use your integrated.

The integrated on my mobo is no where near the quality of my PCI soundcard. Besides removing the soundcard wouldn't help all that much, as the heat would still be dumped into the bottom of my case.

Please provide a budget.

Yay or nay?
If you have the money, investing in a liquid cooling system for your graphics card is an option. A 'water block' is placed over your graphics card rather than the fan/heatsink combo currently in use. It's hooked up to a pump, hose, and radiator, and will provide cooler temperatures for your card as well as remove heat from the case.

I can't say that a PCI Slot Case Cooler with 3 fans exists. Either go with a two fan, switch to a liquid cooling system, or try something with this: http://www.xoxide.com/sunbeam-wherever-pci-rack.html
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811995027
Lol, that's the one in my OP. That's my backup plan if a 3-fan cooler doesn't exist. As of yet I have not found one, that's why I posted here to see if anyone else knew about one.
Bear in mind the size of the 5970 in comparison to other graphics cards. Certainly, if more cards were in the same size range, tri-fan PCI Slot Case Coolers would go into development. But there simply isn't the market for it.

But really too bad, especially when it would be perfect for that niche of mega-priced gpus like the 5970 and Ares.
Ares? I'll be damned, thats a beautiful package. 5870x2 Typically when you get up in that price range, it's best to invest in a waterblock.

I wonder how they handle tessellation compared to the 5970, as that seems to be the Achilles heel for ATI cards right now. As for the waterblock, yes it is the best way to go, but the waterblock is only one part of an entire system you would have to buy, unless you already have a loop setup. I'm thinking about getting a dedicated loop for my i7 though, as I think that would help cool my case, and its much cheaper than doing a dedicated gpu loop, at least as far is my card is concerned. Then when I've saved up enough I'll get a bigger radiator and the 5970 waterblock.
Do you have any PCI slots further away from the card to move the sound card away from the heat source?
I don't get what the pun is.
