Need help determining if these sites are reputable for purchases

Okay, so some fucker decided to steal the security tag remover at my job. I'm trying to help the owner out and get a similar one if not better.
I managed to find the model, it's a Universal Security Tag Remover Detacher. My problem is that it's only available from these weird sites like bargainsway, Aliexpress and joyfay (although this last one is a different model, it's still one of the only sites to sell them)
Has anyone shopped in either of those? I'm getting some mixed answers on google. Some are saying it's up to the buyer to distinguish or that they're flat out scams, and others say it's the best thing around. Neither really answer the question just make it even more troubling
How are the reviews praising them written? Some companies will pay people to say good things about then, and the people usually just sound kind of not real.
