Can I put a Powercolor ATI HD5850 and a (Different manufacturer here) ATI HD 5850 as a second card? What are the criteria for crossfire?
I believe the only difference is in the GPU that should matter.

You can put different brands in there. Only the Chipset has to be the same.
(So that will work)
You can mix and match ATI cards in CF mode, there's a chart that tells you which cards can be in CF mode with which other cards.
You can have like a 5850 with a 5870 or two 5770s, or a 5770 and a 5750, etc.
Mixing two of the same type of card (like two 5850s) that have different clocks may result in one card being downclocked to match the other one though.
