• Should I wait until Cyber Monday?

Hey guys my PC has been performing very poorly the past few months. I even reinstalled windows completely, but it barely made a difference. I'm not sure if it is due to a Windows update or what, maybe my HDD is dying but I think it would be a good idea to replace some of my older parts (My Processor, motherboard, and RAM) These are the parts I am considering buying: http://pcpartpicker.com/list/wZW3TW (Please feel free to include any suggestions you may have on my current situation or the parts I am considering) My Specs: Case = Corsair Obsidian series 800D Mobo = Asrock p55m pro Processor = i5 750 Ram = G Skill 4GB ddr3 GPU = Asus GTX 980 HDD = 1 TB (currently using less than 100 GB of it) PSU = Corsair HX750 So given my situation should I order these parts now, or do you think some of them may go on sale for Cyber Monday, or the holidays? (Any past experiences would be nice too)
Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales have been pretty trash lately.
4GB RAM

GTX 980
Jesus Christ why? If you got the 980 why why WHY didn't you get more RAM? [editline]27th October 2016[/editline] At this point DDR4 is cheaper then DDR3 so yes, go full on Skylake and wait for Black Friday

Just make sure to add a cooler. The 6600K doesnt include one. If you dont want to overclock it to the moon. The Hyper 212 is recommended. Dunno About cyber Monday. Im not from the USA.
If you don't need to use your PC for anything important like work and want to save up to $20-100+ USD then yes. If you have lots of money to splurge and don't care about a few savings then no.

Intel is also supposed to be releasing new CPUs "late 2016", so I figure that should be something to keep an eye on

The sales haven't been amazing but maybe you'll get lucky and find somethings that you will want in the sale. I would say wait, but that's just me.
I would consider just adding another 4GB RAM to your current build, then waiting for what Intel has in store for its next generation. A 980 is still totally usable; it's just your low amount of RAM screwing you.
