What part of my computer is preventing me from playing source games?

intel t2080 1.73 ghz

Cause I have an Acer and the Empowering thing they have was blocking everything like my source games, I uninstalled it I can play them now.

if you're playing stuff like CS:S you can do -dxlevel 60 too for even more performance.
