I don't think posting a video promoting cheats is breaking any laws. I understand they're taking cheats seriously, which is good, but suing some kid isn't doing anybody any good. They should just ask the kid to take it down and say it was settled out of court. The mom is right, they're absolutely just making a scapegoat out of him.

The mom is right, they're absolutely just making a scapegoat out of him.[/QUOTE] legally they can't without losing their intellectual property epic filed a DMCA. 14 year old selected the box in youtube that says "it's not their content". if epic doesn't counterclaim that, they could lose their trademark on fortnite, so they have to pursue it
