5-10 Minute Survey on Attitudes Toward Controlled Substances

Hello. I have an assignment for a Criminal Justice Research Methods class that involves creating a survey and administering it to people.

It is designed to measure respondents' attitudes toward controlled substances in general. It is a combination of multiple choice questions, short answer, and longer-form answers.

If you'd be willing to take at most about 10 minutes to participate, I would appreciate it. As a researcher, I will inform you that you are (obviously) under no obligation to complete the survey, and I am unable to give you any compensation for participation, unless you are somebody who gains immense pleasure from filling out surveys.

It's completely anonymous, and the results are primarily going to be used in an exercise in coding data in a way that would be appropriate for a peer-reviewed article.

As a side note, this survey is geared toward people in the US, but if you have a fair amount of knowledge or experience about controlled substances in the US, feel free to participate anyway.
