Okay I am sick and tired of trying to get my Intuos 5 working only for it to not work whatsoever. First off this thing is useless right out of the box, after restarting the PC the pen wont bloody move the cursor!?!( I cant find anything on how to fix this). The worst part since this was a gift I cant return this f**king thing for a new one. WTF am I supposed to do from their!?!?!?!?!?!? I don't know if their are any artist who have solution to this but if you do please speak up now, it would be very helpful.
note: I just tried doing this again today and it still persists( even when installing it offline no firewall)

Yours is one of the touch tablets isnt it, does the touch function work? If so does your touch on/off button do anything, (if not then its stuck in touch mode)? Its the top button on my tablet but I have an older model. This has been a common (and easy to fix if you stay calm and troubleshoot) problem with all of my touch tablets i've gotten so far.

Its the Intuos5 xtra large( they screwed up the order for a large). I should have specified the model.

If it is indeed an xl then it doesnt have touch and should use different drivers than the other intuos5 tablets.
Check the legacy driver section and pick the specific set from there. I would specify which one but im on my phone now so i cant check
