I was thinking of buying CoD Ghosts on Steam, but I was unsure if it will run on my system. I am also getting a new and improved system soon.

The lack of optimization, to be specific.
They made the PC version suck so the next-gen console versions would look better in comparison.

He means it runs like ass on everything because IW slacks on the PC ports almost as much as they slack on the games themselves

Maybe you can run the multiplayer on low. There aren't a lot of people that play it on PC anyways (every playlist is dead except for TDM, Ground War, and S&D), you're better off getting the console version.
