I need to make an outfit for Homecoming / Spirit week at school (Crimson Chin)

So for Homecoming week, there are 4 days where you dress up differently for school spirit / fun.

Nerd day
Celebrity / Superhero day
Role Reversal (Basically crossdressing) day
School Colors

Anyways, I have a pretty damn big chin, and I've been told by people on the forums I remind them of The Crimson Chin from the Fairly Odd Parents. Anyhow, I have about $35 to make this outfit, because I'll probably wear it twice (Homecoming week, Halloween). I need some form of red body suit, like a baseball catcher's vest, and something to make my chin even bigger than it already is. What would be the cheapest way to find all of this stuff and get it within the next week?

Also, if that plan falls through, who else do I look like or could I go as for my celebrity / movie character?

Yeah, I never participated in it in previous years. It's pretty fuckin dumb. Like I think the guys dress funny as hell, like some get short ass girls denim shorts, and stuff their shirts and whatnot and it's hilarious. The girls always dress like they're some fuckin' 35 year old white guy trying to be black. I'd post a picture of previous years, but I don't want to violate their privacy.

It's always the stereotypical pocket protector, with the tape and the glasses, suspenders, high shorts and high socks, it's really stupid. I actually might not even dress up because I am a nerd. Seriously though, it's way overdone.

I think a Mac hipster would be really funny though. Like get the cuffed jeans and some black boots of some sort.

Yeah, homecoming is usually pretty fun. The spirit days and carnival are much more fun than the dance itself.

Update:

I think I'm gonna go as Tyler Durden from Fight Club instead.

It's way easier than finding a full spandex suit. I'm just gonna get some pink lensed sunglasses, a leather jacket, and a pink / miami themed dress shirt and carve "Fight Club" into a bar of soap.
