Well, honestly I'm not sure if Penpal is the right word. I need to buy something that I can't really get a hold of here in the US (Nothing illegal) and I need a Japanese contact to buy it and ship it over for me.
So does anyone know where I could meet a Bilingual Japanese person in Japan who could arrange this?

I can't find what you're referring too. It looks like a normal retail site to me, I don't see a forum or classified or anything.

For reference I'm talking Airsoft goods. But more specifically a Vest, Uniforms and pouches. Things like that. These can EASILY be bought from American retailers but I'm making a Japanese Defense Force Impression so I need these items in the Japanese camo which is impossible to find or buy in America.

You mean an intermediary?
Yeah, a lot of japanese shops don't accept foreign orders (Xenophobia) and you need a japanese guy to help you get the things. My sister and I used this system a couple of times (It's terribly expensive and most of the time the shipping/intermediary costs are as expensive as the product you're ordering), but we lost contact with the girl that helped us contact the intermediary, so I can't help you right now
