So in the ArmA 2 demo I get about 20 fps on low. Just wondering how I will perform on the actual game.
What are your specs?
The same. It's the exact same game, same engine, same everything, except access to some gameplay is disabled. If you get 20 FPS in the demo, you'll get 20 FPS in the full game.
You will get about 20% better FPS since the demo shit performance.

Unless the demo isn't patched to the latest version - then you're missing out on performance fixes. Not sure if it is, but I remember it not being so.

It's not. That's part of why it's, you know, a demo.
Performance in the retail game is a bit better. I don't know by how much, though.
