UPDATE: 27 crashes in 5 hours of playing.

I've been on a macbookpro this whole time running:

i7 2.7Ghz
8 Gigs RAM
330m nivida mobile

Been a rough ride but as stated all those below this post and above my final update post are to recieve a prize.

If you're running a nvidia card update to the beta drivers, the crashes are a known issue with the current official driver release.

Also keep in mind you are in direct violation of the Alpha TOS if you post screenshots outside the BF3 alpha battlelog forums. If someone takes that screenshot you posted (assuming your name is visible on it) and reports, chances are you'll get thrown out of the Alpha.

Also for those who are curious, if you are accepted into the alpha you will recieve an email in the email account you have associated with your EADM/Origin account.

I have 2 accounts with several EA games so I recieved 2 invites, but I have the spare to one of my friends.

Well guys you can keep your hopes up about the crashes. If he is running nvidia well, currently there is no beta drivers for mobile chipsets, and he's running it on a laptop, meaning he'll have to endure the crashes.
