Greetings fellow facepunchers! I got a problem with my headset, whenever i talk into the microphone it plays it back in my headset, really anoying so if you know how to help me, please give me a reply.

Got XP so yep, can't find anything like that :saddowns:
Go to volume options and mute the microphone. Should still work in games and programs.
I have the same problem yet I have "Listen do this device" disabled.

But even if I disable everything it still does it.
If you have Realtek Audio, just use the dedicated control panel.
What you're looking for is playback volume, should be the same in XP/Vista.

Mute "Stereo Mix"
In playback settings, turn off microphone.
