Here are my current specs:
CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 965
GPU: ATI Radeon 4890
4 GB of RAM
1080p monitor
I'm thinking about getting this:

to replace my 4890.
Is this a good choice?
As a side note, does anyone know when the Last Light offer ends? Just curious.
It's a good choice but your CPU will bottleneck it.
What is your budget?
Yeah, I kinda thought that. I can spend a bit above $200 US.
Not, it wont bottleneck... This gpu is going to run just fine at stock clock speeds, so if you are not going to over clock it I see no problem with it.

As you see 965 is still, even after that many years very versatile CPU it could even hold gtx 670

Oh, that's great news thanks, I've always liked this processor.
Could you provide more information on your current specifications, and in particular your PSU model.
Use speccy for system specs, you'll have to open your computer up in order to check the PSU.
Don't worry too much about your processor. If you're suspecting it's bottlenecking, try to overclock. That's what I did, and it worked. I upgraded from a 4870 to a 7870
