WR isn't even that strong. I don't know why people bitch about her all the time. SF can suck go harvest some dicks.

WR can easily stun you for almost 4 seconds, and within that time with just 2 items kill pretty much anyone in the game. Yeah she can easily be brought down with stuns and nukes but she's still pretty damn all around strong for a singular hero right now.

Her stun is unreliable and does no damage, can be dodged by BKB. Her ult is useless without farm. I don't see the issue here. There are other heroes that have hexes which are instant, reliable 3.5 second disables and nobody bitches about them.

I don't play dota, but that doesn't seem too powerful.
