Steam problem - Hardware & Software

This problem started day before yesterday, Steam randomly logged off and didn't want to connect, asking to start in offline mode, retry, or quit. I left it there and tried again yesterday morning, still didn't want to connect, but after few hours it logged in. While ago it logged off again and doesn't want to connect, what the hell is wrong with Steam? And everything else is working right, just like I'm browsing the internet right now... Also, I've restarted router and my computer. Damn I'm dumb, I re-installed Steam and now it says: "Steam.exe (main exception): To run Steam, you must first connect to the Internet"

delete all the .blob files from your steam folder

It still says the same :(

Alright I scanned my computer, 50 threats/warnings found, tracking cookies. I removed them but Steam still says the same, maybe it randomly starts to work again like yesterday?

Disable your firewall to see if that's the problem.

Contact Steam Support, they usually help with any kind of problems. Be sure to tell them everything you did to try to make it work.

Dude. Make sure that Steam isn't blocked from your anti-virus. (And maybe, download AIM and see if it connnects, because mine never works IF I HAVE A VIRUS)

Maybe it was down because of the huge load on the steam servers since the summer sale started? If' there's one thing I've learned not to do, it's to never close steam down during a sale, or a big update.
