Didn't know where else to post this, anyways, I was wondering if there were any good drawing program's that you guys know of, I know about gimp but I don't know any programs just meant for drawing.
Photoshop.
MS Paint.
Photoshop's not really what I'm looking for, and I don't even know the type of detail you can go into with MS Paint, must be little though.

Paint.net is pretty good.
Yeah but MS Paint still has a pixel'y feel to it, and NO PHOTOSHOP DAMIT [editline]04:06AM[/editline] I'm checking out Paint . net ATM...
NO PHOTOSHOP DAMIT
:q:
Paint . Net's out of the question, only got sp 2 and when I upgrade to 3 shit hits the fan lol
Also, whoever suggested photoshop in the first place can't read, it's not shareware. :downs: Try Krita
Also, whoever suggested photoshop in the first place can't read, it's not shareware. :downs: Try Krita
I think it was meant as a joke, because so many people pirate photoshop that it's commonly thought of as shareware.
Really, no one has mentioned The GIMP yet?
Maccabee posted it. Given his history, it was not an unreasonable assumption to make. Furthermore, piracy is no joke. :colbert: [editline]11:22PM[/editline]
Really, no one has mentioned The GIMP yet?
OP mentioned he knew of it, but I re-read it and it looks like he needs to read into it. Great program. Krita is too, more for table use I think.
Paint . Net's out of the question, only got sp 2 and when I upgrade to 3 shit hits the fan lol
What are you talking about? When I had sp 2 paint.net worked fine, and it still works fine on sp 3.
Just tried to install, said I needed atleast sp 3
Paint . Net's out of the question, only got sp 2 and when I upgrade to 3 shit hits the fan lol
Or upgrade a whole OS  In seriousness, ArtRage. There are a few others I have bookmarked on my desktop but I'm on my laptop. Edit: Open Canvas is another alternative. The best out there is still The GIMP.
Wait, why would you still be on XP at this point anyways? Don't upgrade to SP3, either switch to Linux or Windows 7/Vista. You're gonna end up running into compatibility issues soon if you don't. [editline]11:29PM[/editline]
Open Canvas is another alternative.
Thanks, I couldn't quite remember that one. It was on the tip of my tongue.
I'm on XP cause I'm poor lol [editline]04:31AM[/editline] Oh also, found a old version of corel painter in my house think its version 7 hopefully the cd's not to scratched up....
Thanks, I couldn't quite remember that one. It was on the tip of my tongue.
Yeah I had it in mind, but I only remembered because I bookmarked it a while ago.
Paint . Net's out of the question, only got sp 2 and when I upgrade to 3 shit hits the fan lol
You really should have your OS updated with the latest service packs. If you make a thread in the help section explaining exactly what problems you're experiencing when updating to SP3 someone can probably help you.
If Krita has a Windows port, you should definitely look into that [editline]10:45AM[/editline] [img_thumb]http://imgkk.com/i/vk0o.png[/img_thumb] that's Krita, it is the shit
Paint . Net's out of the question, only got sp 2 and when I upgrade to 3 shit hits the fan lol
Then you've just received your last update.
Mypaint is pretty good. Infinite canvas, behaves more like Corel Painter than Photoshop.
