I was wondering if there were any good drawing
program's that you guys know of,
I know about gimp but I don't know any
programs just meant for drawing.
Photoshop.
MS Paint.
Photoshop's not really what I'm looking for, and I don't even know the type of detail you can go into with MS Paint, must be little though.

OP mentioned he knew of it, but I re-read it and it looks like he needs to read into it. Great program. Krita is too, more for table use I think.

When I had sp 2 paint.net worked fine, and it still works fine on sp 3.
Just tried to install, said I needed atleast sp 3

Open Canvas is another alternative.
The best out there is still The GIMP.
Wait, why would you still be on XP at this point anyways? Don't upgrade to SP3, either switch to Linux or Windows 7/Vista. You're gonna end up running into compatibility issues soon if you don't.

You really should have your OS updated with the latest service packs. If you make a thread in the help section explaining exactly what problems you're experiencing when updating to SP3 someone can probably help you.
If Krita has a Windows port, you should definitely look into that
