I'm planning on selling my current computer that I built so I can get a better one. My budget is around ~$750 USD, as that will probably be around what I will be selling my PC for.
Preferences: Newegg, an i5, and an ATI card, sort of wanting a 6850, and a 500gb HDD (know a better card for the price? I won't mind getting that instead). I'm only asking because I'm not really efficient at getting the best price for my money.
I don't need a monitor, I already have two. I just need everything that goes inside the case (that includes DVD drive, etc).
Thanks.
what can you reuse?
I would like to sell as much as I can. I can't reuse anything (except my monitors).
(Btw, I would also prefer a 500gb HDD, I'm not really filling up this 1TB one I'm using)
can't at all save the HDD?
also do you care about overclocking?
No, I can't save the HDD. I want the person to have an HDD when they buy this.
I don't care about overclocking.
did this pretty quick, $762

$749
Thanks, it's looking good!
also, are you going to crossfire in the future?
Probably not, I don't need that much power.
if you think you might, keep the 750w + 912 combo
if you don't, get the 650w combo: http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboDealDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.634440
that motherboard would be pressed for space for crossfire actually..
I definitely won't, thanks.
I would get this version of the 6950 instead: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150523&cm_re=xfx_6950-_-14-150-523-_-Product
Double lifetime warrenty, and it isn't much more.
Otherwise, I haven't anything I would add.
