Already tried running in compatibility mode?
Also try running the safe mode version of the .exe
You might need to upgrade your wondows and download some more RAM.
How many terraflops it your CPU?

So basically you've got a problem and you don't know jack shit about anything and can't provide us with BASIC information that we may be able to use to help you.
I'm not sure, but I've heard that many older games have compatibility issues with 64-bit Windows, which you may have if you have Windows 7.
Do you have Windows 7 64-bit?

Just make sure that you have all of your drivers up to date and that the game is fully updated. Should run fine without having to run in compatibility mode.

Works perfectly fine on Windows 7 x64.
