I wasn't really thinking and I slammed the middle of my hand on the corner of the table. Right away there was a large bump and i couldn't feel my fingers. Then like 10 minutes later if anything touches my fingers it hurts like a mother fucker. I'm having to type with only my left hand. I want to make sure that I should see a doctor before I go see one. Is it worth the trip and money? I've been icing and but it's no help.
It's probably swollen. Do you have a picture of it?
Do you know if there's any walk-in clinics around your town? Because most of those kinda places will look at you for free I think.
My iPhone sucks ass and doesn't work. It's to the point I can't move my fingers.

If you can't move your fingers, the bones and/or nerves in your hand have sustained considerable damage. See a doctor.
If you cannot get to a doctor immediately, ice your hand as much as you can. Keep it out of harms way and bandage it if possible.
If your hand goes purple, you need to get to the hospital ASAP, because the blood vessels in your hands have probably been burst by the pressure of compacted bones and bruising. If left untreated this will lead to gangrene and your hand will require amputation.
Give it until tomorrow, if the swelling hasn't gone down and it looks even nastier, get that shit into a hospital.
make sure you keep an icepack on it while you sleep.

I'm guessing you probably fractured your hand if it it's a sharp pain. If it continues to tomorrow I'd go see someone about it. If it hurts the same as it did when you smashed it then you probably did some damage.
If it's too late for the clinics, just try to sleep it off. If it still hurts tomorrow, go get it checked out. Unless of course you're in horrendous pain, but I assume if you were you'd be at a hospital by now

Is the hand hotter than your average body temperature? If it is, then it's probably broken.
Just go to the doctors if you're worried, better to be safe than sorry.
