Far more plausible than the earlier article I saw where a guy claimed he caught everything except mewtwo.
The funnies thing is when people think that kids are those who play this stuff. Also weren't there 150 in the original "set" ? It seems the guy needs to spend a bit of money on traveling around the world.

Players are currently unable to obtain the three legendary birds along with mewtwo, mew and ditto.

145 is right, if you have all the region exclusives. The funny thing is you can get the region "exclusives" from NA, AUS, and JP from 5km eggs so the only actual exclusive is mr. mime in europe :v:
