I get this error whenever I try to open tf2

Ive tried reinstalling, didnt work.
hmm..
I would always think unistalling works, maybe go to Steam Support and they maybe able to help you out?
I ran a disk defrag, didnt work.
Reinstall first.
If you would read any content of this thread you would of figured out that I did.
Uninstall game, then browse to your steam directory, go to Steamapps/<username>/ and delete the team fortress 2 folder, then reinstall. If it don't work then, contact Steam Support.
This is assuming you didn't try this since you only said you reinstalled.
