How fitting, considering the past few days.
totally gone homo
I would honestly try it out for this price if I didn't already know about the homo
here we go again
Ignoring all the hate for it, $2.40 is actually a decently fair price for what it is.
think about it do you want a hamburger or a short and atmospheric trek that's flawed but still worth your time
hamburger sounds pretty tempting actually tbh
Why can't I have both?
real talk: what if I go out with some friends and fast food is part of a fun day out where we can talk about stuff like our own memories of the 90s, instead of someone else's really optimistic and rather boring rendition of it hamburger wins, every time

Gone Home gets far too much hate. It's pretty unique, not every game has to deal with world ending events.
Also why is it 88% off? Seems like an oddly specific number.
Worth it at this price for sure. It tells a nice story and gives a solid atmosphere. If you go in expecting that and nothing more then you'll likely enjoy it.

It's mainly how they treat their game that's offensive.
It's honestly not bad. Doesn't deserve all the rabid hate it gets.
It's not goty material, but it was a very enjoyable experience. Just wish everyone on my steam friends didn't keep spamming me the ending of the game, while I was playing, thinking they were super clever.

What does Gone Home do differently than the HUGE amount of house mystery adventure games that exist? For fucksakes, the first of its kind was made by Roberta Williams in 1980 literally called "Mystery House". Its story is more interesting as well and its mechanics are pretty much exactly the same(Mystery House then sparked a whole adventure story game in a house type shit) Worst game ever? Nah. Deeply flawed game not worth $20? Yea. Worth $2.50, why not? And this shit as well but this is less the game and more the shit surrounding the game. [t]http://i.imgur.com/7tdC8Fh.jpg[/t]
It's not even cheap enough to prank steam friends with, like bad rats.
Why play video games at all then? Gone Home gets far too much hate. It's pretty unique, not every game has to deal with world ending events.
The only draw this game can have is the story which is weird because it would've made a better book or movie.
Also why is it 88% off? Seems like an oddly specific number.
H is the eight letter of the English alphabet 88 stands for heil hitler
It's not even cheap enough to prank steam friends with, like bad rats.
I have a copy of Bad Rats sitting in my inventory right now, waiting for its victim.
For that price, I could buy two Bad Rats and tbh, I'd much prefer Bad Rats. Or, I could buy some fries. Which is even better than Bad Rats.
H is the eight letter of the English alphabet 88 stands for heil hitler
Am German, can confirm
no guns no killstreaks no buy........
think about it do you want a hamburger or a short and atmospheric trek that's flawed but still worth your time
That you also know the ending to.
